Fixed Terrorist not being Muted.

    So I have noticed if the terrorist win a round and the terrorist is alive and holds his mic down after the round ends, he can still talk without it being restricted in the next round even when all the other terrorist are muted.

    If he lets go of his mic and then uses it again, is he blocked?

    Yes he is , but this is still very abused when a lot of T's do it at one time.
