In the past week, i have been going to sleep at 5-6am consistently. Its not good but i can't sleep.I always like taking a walk some time to time away from my house. Not going in public but just walking is pretty good and relaxing. You can watch some Netflix or movies too during the night, I suggest watching some comedy and action movies, not sad ones or hard to understand. Lastly, you should talk to people online and just play!
